Four years ago, Pat Martell, past president of the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce, noticed boxes full of beer glasses in the Chamber’s storage. “I wanted to get rid of all those glasses, and what better way than to serve beer in them?” Martell said. “And that’s how Brews and Blues was born.”.
